When and where does the training take place?

Wednesday evening 6:30 pm at this location. The entrance to the small park is at Gran Via & Girona.

How late can I book a class and how can I cancel it?

You can book a class provided there is availability no later than 1 hour before and you must cancel a booking at least 3 hours before otherwise you’ll be charged.

What should I bring and wear?

Bring some water, outdoor training shoes and comfortable training clothes. If you have an exercise mat please bring this too as the park is sand based.

What if I have an injury?

Get in contact with us and let us know what your injury is and we will advise if training is possible for you.

What should I expect from the training?

You’ll no doubt get a workout! But, we not only want to make you sweat but also ensure you are exercising correctly with the right technique. We also like to focus on mobility and flexibility throughout warm ups and cool downs.
